Please note that under States of Jersey legislation, all employers
have an agreed ceiling on the total number of people they can
employ, the major proportion of whom are required to be locally
qualified. We will, therefore, give first consideration to candidates
who have residential status in Jersey. Similarly any person wishing
to take up employment in Guernsey must hold a valid Right to Work
document, issued by the local Housing Authority, confirming that
he / she is lawfully housed either in Local Market or Open Market
accommodation. These housing constraints mean that our selection
is primarily drawn from locally qualified residents.
