Private Banking Flexible Investment Trust Schemes (“PBFITS”)

As part of our initiative to develop and offer new fiduciary products, Deutsche Bank International Trust is now able to offer to clients the Private Banking Flexible Investment Trust Scheme ("PBFITS"). PBFITS is a trust-based personal financial and retirement planning structure designed with the main purpose of providing benefits to a client (as the member of the Trust Scheme) during his or her lifetime and allowing for simple succession planning upon the death of the client.

A personal PBFITS is established for each individual client and the assets are held in segregated banking/investment portfolio accounts. In this way, the investment strategy of a PBFITS may be customised to suit the specific needs and financial planning of each client. Deutsche Bank Offshore will be the appointed investment manager and custodian of each Trust Scheme, although the client may also be appointed as the investment adviser if required.
