Deutsche establishes SPV team in Luxembourg

Deutsche Bank's Corporate Trust & Agency Services (CTAS) has established a new team to manage and administer direct subsidiary companies as well as special purpose vehicles domiciled in Luxembourg.

The new team complements the existing network of offices in the Netherlands, the Cayman Islands, Ireland, Jersey and Mauritius which provide management and administration services on a range of investment, financing and capital markets transactions. As part of an expanded Benelux group, the Luxembourg team will work closely with existing CTAS units to provide an enhanced range of one-stop-shop services.

Gordon Fitzjohn, Head of Corporate Services for CTAS said, "We have seen an increasing trend towards complex multi-jurisdictional arrangements from our clients. This new Luxembourg facility extends the number of jurisdictions where we can support them. Our expanded Benelux capabilities combined with the other trust and administration services provided by CTAS should help simplify the task of arrangers who are looking for a full range of transaction support services under one roof."
