Presto On-Line Phase V - Real-time E-Banking

In response to client requirements, and in accordance with our policy of introducing regular system enhancements, we are delighted to announce the launch of Phase V of Presto On-Line.

The most important change will see Presto On-Line moving into a real-time environment. Users will see transactions being processed across their accounts throughout the working day with each new movement being annotated by an asterisk.

A new "Group" facility has been introduced, which allows Security Officers to create groups of accounts to which particular users can be allocated.

Another new feature provides the facility to "hide" accounts, so for example, salary or partnership accounts can be hidden from general view and allocated only to specific users.

Furthermore, our intermediary clients will find that delegating access to underlying clients, related companies, investment managers, accountants, etc. has been simplified.

Several enhancements have also been made to the payments functionality. Among these are the "Authorised" screens that are available from various areas of the system. These display the payments that have been authorised and transmitted to Deutsche Bank throughout the day. Prints are available from these screens for reconciliation and audit trail purposes.

The "Stored Payment" screen has been redesigned to display additional information.

Various cosmetic and navigational enhancements have also been made following feedback from clients.
