Deutsche Bank Emergency Services Triathlon: 216 triathletes geared to line up at L'Eree

The Deutsche Bank Emergency Services Triathlon takes place on Sunday, 19th September starting in front of the L'Eree Hotel in St Peters at 8.15 am.

A total of 216 athletes have signed up for the competition with ten teams taking part in the Corporate Relay. The annual Guernsey/Jersey inter-insular competition has been incorporated into the event making it the largest standard distance triathlon to be held in the Channel Islands.

Gerry Morrissey, Managing Director of Deutsche Bank in Guernsey, said: "We are delighted to continue our support of this event and wish all the competitors every success in this very demanding competition. Not least of all I would like to commend the participants in the corporate relay some of whom are participating in a triathlon for the first time and in particular wish the Deutsche Bank team the very best of luck!"
