Presto On-Line is pleased to report…

In response to client requirements, and in accordance with our policy of introducing regular system enhancements, we are delighted to announce the launch of additional enhancements to Presto On-Line.

Stored Payments:

With no limit on the number of payments stored users can now easily search for the required beneficiary details, thereby further streamlining the payment process.

ARC+

The most important change will see the introduction of the new 'ARC +' module, which represents Adoption, Reporting and Connectivity. The release will come in three stages with the first stage, Reporting, now live.

Reporting:

Account Search: This is a powerful new cash management tool that allows the user to interrogate their close of business balances. This might be across their entire relationship or restricted to any of the custom groups of accounts that they have created. The resulting information can be printed or exported to Excel facilitating further automation in the clients' office.

Transaction Search: This allows the user to search across their entire relationship and entire transaction history to view particular transactions matching their search criteria. This could be used to meet compliance requirements enabling reports to be produced detailing all transactions in excess of specified limits for the last month or year. The reports are available to print or export to Excel. (Report sizes are limited to 1500 transactions).

Adoption:

The next release sees a new module that will allow clients to complete online Company Account opening documentation for our Jersey and Guernsey offices. Clients are able to pre-submit an electronic version of the appropriate documentation to Deutsche Bank for review and comment, prior to physically delivering the paperwork. This will greatly simplify what tends to be a time-consuming Client Adoption process. (Planned deployment in October).

Connectivity:

The final release in ARC+, called Presto Link, will enable Deutsche Bank to deliver transaction and balance files on a daily basis. The module will provide all the necessary security features and enable clients to retrieve up to 35 days worth of historic data. They will also be able to tailor the format of the files produced.

By working in conjunction with our clients and their software vendors, the aim is for these data files to be interfaced directly into our clients' systems, for reconciliation and bookkeeping purposes. This will enable clients to fully or partially automate processes that are currently manual, such as bookkeeping.

This is an exciting development that we hope will significantly streamline our clients' operations. (Planned deployment by year-end).
