Deutsche Bank is pleased to announce the introduction of further
developments to the Presto On-Line ARC+
module.
ARC+ represents Adoption, Reporting and
Connectivity, the aim of which is to significantly streamline our
clients' operations.
Adoption
For the first time, clients of our Jersey or Guernsey offices who
wish to open a Company Account will be able to complete the required
application online. An electronic version will be delivered to Deutsche
Bank for review and comment enabling any amendments to be made online
quickly and efficiently. Once an approved version is complete this
can be printed and delivered to Deutsche Bank together with any
required company documents. A template of the application can also
be saved, enabling future applications to be further streamlined.
Reporting
The Reporting tool has been available since July 2004 and allows
our clients to interrogate their close of business balances, as
well as to search across their entire relationship and entire transaction
history to view particular transactions matching their search criteria.
Results of these searches can be printed or exported to allow further
automation within the client’s office, thereby enhancing efficiency.
Connectivity
The most important new feature of ARC+,
called Presto Link, will enable Deutsche Bank to deliver
transaction and balance files on a daily basis. The module, available
only to designated staff, will provide all the necessary security
and audit features and enable clients to retrieve up to 35 days
worth of historic data. Clients will be able to tailor the content
and order of the files produced.
By working in conjunction with our clients and their software vendors,
the aim is for these data files to be interfaced directly into our
clients' systems, for reconciliation and bookkeeping purposes. This
will enable clients to fully or partially automate many of their
manual processes and, therefore, potentially reduce their administration
costs.
