Separation of Capital and Income
We work closely with our banking division and our clients' advisors to ensure that, where required, capital and income accounts are maintained separately.

Foreign Exchange and Treasury Services
Our experienced treasury division are able to provide competitive market rates for foreign exchange dealing which may be required to facilitate settlement of stock transactions out of base currency.

Employee Share Option Plans (ESOPS)
We provide a full administration service for ESOPS. Dedicated custody accounts are maintained for each participant in the scheme with dealing and settlement facilitated at the request of the individual. We work closely with our banking division to facilitate payment of settlement proceeds and income collection.
