| Clients are able to access a
variety of information relating to their accounts, including: cleared
balances, printable transaction summaries (currently dating back
to January 2000), statement addresses, interest and statement frequencies,
the current interest rate together with applied and accrued interest.
Presto On-Line is a real-time system which allows users
to see transactions being processed across their accounts throughout
the working day.
A useful facility for our intermediary clients is the "Custom
Groups" function. This allows users of the system to customise
their access by placing particular clients or accounts into a group
or groups, thereby making the enquiry process more efficient.
Within Presto On-Line, accounts can also be "hidden".
This allows accounts such as office, salary or partnership accounts
to be hidden from general view and displayed only to specific users.
As Presto On-Line is a true Internet based system users
are able to gain access to their information wherever they may be
in the world. Furthermore, intermediaries are able to provide access
to underlying clients, related companies, accountants, investment
managers, etc. in order to ease the administrative burden.
