Implementation & Support

 
  In place in each jurisdiction is a dedicated helpdesk that provides full support together with implementation and training. This team will work closely with our clients' senior management, administrators and IT personnel to ensure Presto On-Line is set up and running smoothly in the workplace.

This includes assessing our clients' network environment, training their staff and providing on-site support.

The helpdesk is available during normal office hours for both system and IT enquiries. In the event that a situation occurs which necessitates a site visit, DBO staff will endeavour to be with the client as quickly as possible.
